The NRP Group Launches Affordable Housing Community in North Las Vegas

The NRP Group, a leading developer and manager of multifamily communities, has officially broken ground on North & Valley — an affordable housing community bringing 105 new apartments to North Las Vegas. The project is being developed in partnership with the Nevada Housing Division and supported through state and local affordable housing programs.

North & Valley will offer a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Residents will have access to modern amenities such as a fitness center, playground, community room, and dedicated spaces for resident services and social programs. The development is designed to foster a sense of community and provide long-term stability for families and individuals in need of affordable rental options.

Construction is expected to be completed in late 2026, with leasing beginning shortly thereafter. The North & Valley community will be managed by The NRP Group upon completion.
