The project, situated along Tramway Road in the city of Sanford, will feature 300 apartment homes across multiple mid-rise buildings. Designed for long-term residents and working professionals, Tramway Place will offer spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans with contemporary interiors, open layouts, and private balconies.
