Dominion Realty Partners Breaks Ground on Tramway Place Apartments in Lee County, North Carolina

The project, situated along Tramway Road in the city of Sanford, will feature 300 apartment homes across multiple mid-rise buildings. Designed for long-term residents and working professionals, Tramway Place will offer spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans with contemporary interiors, open layouts, and private balconies.

Community amenities will include a resort-style swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness center, walking trails, and on-site parking. The project emphasizes both comfort and sustainability, integrating energy-efficient systems and green landscaping.
